If you tell us what it is then some of us might have an idea what it will take to do it. We all have some talent of one sort or another but someone that is great at one thing may not be very good at what you want.

Sorry Guys My Modem went Down and 70 hours of work did help in free time to get a new one

I want to do or rather tried to do was I have a Black ABS plastic over head Console -

that I want to put my heater controls in. it will fit a din size radio and I was told to heat it up and push the ABS to make the hole wider so the Heater control will fit.

I did but the ABS got too thin and ripped or what ever .... I thought that I could use the Liq Plastic everyone is talking about ..
well when I thought it out I Live in an apt with no sanders and what not to sand and smooth it nor a place to really work on it.

I also have a Center console I need worked on and Both Door Pods later down the road.\I have gone to a few of the places Locally but all the work they show me that they have done seems generic

So this is it
what do you think ? Ken

So you just want more of the din opening opened or do you just need it cleaned up? The over head console I can do......but it all depends on you because you'd have to ship it to Alaska.(No that's not a joke [Frown] ) So yeah shippin to me would be a big deal. But you can add me to the bottom of your list just in case [Wink]

well sandings not the tuff part!
go to wally world and pickup one of thier hand Mouse sanders. those suckers are sweet and get the job done very well!
i used it and the liquid plastic for my screen instal TURNED OUT GREAT! ONLY SANDED ABOUT 2 AFTERNOONS.

that little finger attachment is great for tight spots!!!!!!!!

cost of that sander and some extra sand paper is like 55bucks. WELL WORTH IT IF YA ASK ME!!!!

HAND SANDING BLOWS!
i spent more time on waiting for the plastic to dry then sanding.LOL

There are 2 teams in the NFL. The Broncos and the rest. I love the Broncos, and hate the rest.
