I use a chopper gun but mine doesn't spray resine it just chopps the "tow". i use a spray gun made for gel coat and resin with disposable cups to spray my resin. the gun cost me about $160.00 and the chopper was about $180.00 it saves you a lot of time in the long run if you do a lot of projects. but just for one or two i would do it the old fasioned way. you can find them at Spruce aircraft and specialty(they send free catalogs ,HUGE catalogs did i say free.

You won't find a chopper gun that sprays mat and resin for a couple of hundred bucks. A full system is expensive. A separate chopper gun and external mix gel dump gun are going to be much more affordable, reliable, and require less maintanance.

I second Chris' suggestion, buy them seperately. I just got a new one at work........$4,599.00 and that's not including the handy little roll around stand for 55 gallon drums!!
But you know what's really cool....he sold me his old one for a really, really, really cheap price!!
