I am wanting to do door panels in my suv to house a 10 idv3 in each door. i have kinda figured out how to form the panels out but where i its getting a little fuzzy is where the 2 panels meet.
this is what i thinking of doing this.
1st cut the door panel in half where i want to form my new panel.
2nd trace of the outline of the bottom of the panel i cut off out.
3rd trace it on a piece of 3/4 mdf and cut out.
4th after cutting it out start fiberglassing the piece to anlge the speaker where i need it and building it out from the door some.
after i do all of that i get a little confused on how to match the 2 pices back together so it looks good.
