In my kickpanels, if i use sealed enclosure for the mids, do you create a small hole where the speaker wire gets inside the enclosure? or do you place a binding post/speaker terminal in the enclosure (much like those found in a subwoofer box)

you simply tie a knot in the wire or put a zip tie around it were the wire passes through the enclosure then sinply use glue to seal it up again!

If you are competing, use a grommet and seal it up on both sides with silicone. Secure the wire appropriately (as the rules require).

Although, I also agree with the comments on the carsound forum regarding a sealed enclosure and the proper airspace.
