it is were your doors open from the front of the door instead of the back of the door

it looks cool but there is really no point unless it is a big time show vehicle and if you are going to do it yourself it is a hell of a lot of work if not it will be alot of money

go to www.suicidedoors.com and read jasons tutorial, and if you didnt buy the hinges yet get them from him....you wont find better customer service or a cooler guy than jason anywhere.

not suicide doors but kinda the same area.

i was lookin to get some lambo door hinges but i know they dont make em for my car..is there anywhere that just makes a universal type hinge?

Seems like a good site, but I'm looking for a different style hinge....kind like a house door hinge, only LOTS bigger. I need it to open 180. Oh, did I mention that the door it needs to hold will weigh about 700lbs.? [Big Grin]

Anyone help out here?

I think you are in the weight area of needing custom machined hinges and some very strong and multiple linear actuators (like used to move those old HUGE satellite dishes) or even hydraulic actuators.
