by far the best (easiest to use) is the West Systems epoxy resin and hardener. comes in metal cans, and you buy a calibrated pump for both cans, and then it is a 1:1 pump from each can ratio for perfect mixing of the correct amount of resin and herdener each and every time. a bit on the expensive side, but no guess work, EVER, and consistant hardening and stores for a LONG time without degradation since it is not exposed to sunlight. westsystems.com has a searchab;e dealer database.

Polyester resins for most fiberglass work, clear casting resins from time to time, some gelcoat work occasionally.
Roven Woven for fast build up and structural areas, Light cloth for complex areas, and every now and then I break out the chop mat to fill over roven woven, then cloth for finishing layers. But I normally skip the chop mat and grab the chopper gun and fiberglass rope for bigger jobs.
