hopefully someone can help me,

i have been researching fiberglassing and im wondering what tools, materials, and how much it would be to make some kick panels and a console.

it would be greatly appreciated

I would reccomend getting a can of resin and bondo to do you kicks.
Mix the resin /hardner to the instructions. fiberglass cloth might be a benifit as well. make a wire frame and glass it, you can glass it again (scuff it up)and use the bondo it smooth it out.
mix both to the instructions, you can mix "hot" batches depending on you needs.

use expandafoam and wood rings then shap with 36 grit then glass it use cloth, then grindout the foam were the speaks sit

i would learn to glass by doing some other project (make a box for a single 10" sub or something?) once you know how to glass, i would take off the stock kick pannel, glass the shape of the car where kick goes, make MDF rings, aim them, stretch fleece, glass, sand the crap out of it. enjoy the fruits of your labor.
FYI- fiberglassing is hard and expensive. if it was easy to do, we'd ALL be fiberglassing.
