I found a list of compatible routers at this website, but the router my dad has is a craftsman. I wasn't able to get the model number because he had it loaned out to a friend this weekend. Does anyone know if a Craftsman router will bolt up without modifications? Thanks.

Not flaming, but LEARN TO READ. The very list you linked shows that it'll work with all Sears plunge routers. And unless you were born yesterday, you should know that Craftsman is a Sears exclusive product.
So in case you didn't read that, YES it should work.

I have the large jig and it works perfectly with my new Porter Cable plunge router and also my first router I used with it which is an older fixed base Craftsman.

This Hobby, not this topic, not this part of the forum, not EVEN the forum but the WHOLE scene including competing is all about having fun. There are NO stupid questions.
I don't care if someone doesn't know how to hookup an amp! Everybody has to learn sometime, somewhere, somehow and that was just ridiculous.
Any hobby, especially this one, better safe than sorry!
So, please, do not expect everybody who posts on here to know everything regardless if you know or someone else knows how or the obvious.
People are not just answering the topic starter, they are answering other people as well who may have the same curiosity.

I have the Jasper Circle jig, and I could NOT mount it to my FOUR HOLE router. I had to purchase a THREE HOLE router to mount it to. Hope this helps.
