Alright, I'm going to start making boxes and selling them to people I know. I just want to get more experience and make a bit of cash on the side. Does anyone know where I can get MDF at wholesale prices? or ust cheap?
they have a HUGE cut for like 10 dollars. i would buy those but i dont have any way to transport them so i buy the smaller ones. it wont get much cheaper than home depot or lowes. whatever home improvement store you have up there in good ole canada.

$10? that sounds really cheap... you sure thats mdf and not particle board? in michigan its close to $20 for a 4x8 foot sheet of mdf (at lowes and home depot) -- but particle board is right around $10 for a sheet

i got a 4x8 sheet for like $17 or so in kansas
and if its too big then just have them cut it, they can cut it down to anysize and can do it faster and easier than you can, since theirs is done with a computer, or the one i went to the just typed in where they wanted it cut and slide the board down the saw
