I want to mold my EPX2 contr. to my dash panel . I have an idea how to do it but not sure how to keep the button holes from gettin all messed up when molding it to the dash . Does anyone have a good way of doing this!? Do I just use bondo to mold it to the dash or is there a easy way or better way?

can ya pull the face and/or buttons off the unit?

I would start off by trying to take the face off the unit and pulling a fiberglass mold off that.

You can cover the face with clear plastic tape, like the clear packing tape, put a few heavy coats of wax on it, then put a few layers of fiberglass mat on it to make a mold. When the fiberglass cures, pull it off the tape then wax the inside and lay a new fiberglass face inside the mold. This face would be pretty close to identical as the factory face.. cut your holes out, do any sanding and finishing work required, paint and enjoy.
