well we have used fender liner as a nice crome ring on a port, but i suppose you could polish the end of the piping until its a nice shiny, or even sand it down real nice and have it crome dipped. as for flanges i dunno i guess i would have to go shopping around at home depot or other stores to see what they had that has the flange shape and size and have that dipped.

I'm thinking of a friend of mine, he works at Midas. When they do exhaust, some of which is custom, I remember him using a tool to flange tubing. It may not be a huge flange, but it'll open up ideas for you to consider. Even chrome flanging like you would see in a bathtub...etc.

Why don't you just do your best to get ahold of some of the port from one of those Audiobahn boxes, if they use them you should be able to get ahold of them or even call Audiobahn and ask them if you could get some...
