I've now nearly tackled every major rattle in my car (the little ones be next) with a combination of expanding foam/mdf/dynamat/and old comforters ( ). Yet there is one last one that I just can't figure out how to stop. It's the top of my rear window where it connects to the roof. The bass at high levels just sends my rear window into spazumz. I have no clue as what to do about this, any idea's?

The actual window? Is it in a metal frame? If so, remove it, drill a couple holes at the 'bottom' of the frame and fill it with quick set cement. Drastic but effective...

Quite often the area by the top of the back window has TWO walls of metal, so these two might be flexing and smacking each other enough to rattle on you. Remove your headliner, or any trim pieces in that area and take a peek. If I'm right and it's double wall, you can either fill that area with expanding foam like you've been doing, or just wedge some other material in there to help it, or lay dynamat (or other material) OVER the two layers to hold them tightly to each other, and keep them from moving individually.

That should fix it. If not, get out the BIG HAMMER! hehe
