Thanks everyone for your kind words and advice. I hope that you all enjoy my music, and I plan on releasing at lease one song a week from now on. I have been a little absorbing in refining my cd, but all is going good now! Thanks again everyone!

Daniel, will you be able to sell the CD on a personal level? I went to order 2 of the CD's, but since the order site is un-secured, I cancelled my order before processing. I would still like to get 2 of your CD's, but I do not want to transmit personal data over a un-secured site. Let me know how I can get my hands on 2 of your CD's. Thanks.

Sid- Well, at the moment, I don't have the capabilites to make my own CD's. As for MP3.com, I ordered 1 of my CDs already to make sure it is right. Once you click on how many you want, you click on SECURE CHECKOUT on the lower right hand side. It is a secure site from then on, and will be until the whole order is processed. Let me know if works okay for you. Thanks!

I did that, and a pop-up window showed me that I was about to enter a un-secured site. I cancelled the order, but a few minutes later, I recieved an comfirmation email of my order. I do not know if my order was taken or not, so I will find oout in a couple of weeks. I orederd 2 of the Cd's...one for me, and one for a co-worker. If by chance my order does not arrive, I will let you know.

It shows that I had 2 orders for my CD. If you got the confirmation, it should be okay. I know that after you finish your order, the next page is unsecured, because you are taken out of the order secure server. I think that is probably what popped up for you. As for you getting the CD's, let me know. Ant orders that are done go right through MP3.com. They make and ship the CD right there, so, any problems you might possibly have are out of my hands, but I will help you get them sorted out if they arise. I will be there to support my fans Keep me posted.
P.s. Thanks very much for your support. I hope you enjoy the CDs!

Also - with mp3.com you can set up favemail. This will allow users/fans to set a link/picture of your choosing into their e-mail account. You get $ for it and publicity. At least that is how it appears to read in the sections on the bands I was looking into.
Good luck - I'll continue to direct my cousin your way.
*lightbulb* Dude - have a college radio station nearby?! Send a copy to them or play it on the air, if you are an on-air DJ. Also, if you can find out who does the promotions (Programming Board) for the college(s) in your area, talk to them about running a Dance/DJ-mixxer on campus (dorms, student union, etc.). I'll see what kind of dirt I can dig up for you on who else to contact to get you started in the college scene if you'd like.

Ya, I have MSOE radio, and they play alot of techno stuff on the weekend. I'll have to check into that. As for the DJ, I don't have any stuff like that, and all the music I've done is on my computer with different sample programs. But, I would love to learn to DJ. That would be awesome!
