I have been working hard, lately, on a new interest of mine. I have gotten recently hooked on making music, and I have setup a Digital Artist page on MP3.com. I just thought that I'd announce it here, so my peers in car audio (we all listen to music) could take a look and a listen. Let me know what you think. BUT, please, if you thing my music sucks, tell me why. Don't just say "YOU SUCK". Let me know how I can better myself, and possibly make a future career out of this! Thanks!

My opinions of your beats, are just that...MY OPINIONS
First, I want to ask...Do you have a CD burned yet, and if so, where can I get one?
Second, will you be a dB Drag finals?, if so, can I get a copy of your beats?
Now on to the "review". Let me state now, all your beats are GREAT, but some of them were out of my range.
Jupitor Rising - in the beginning, the high/low should drop a little lower. at 2:25 and 4:08, the waves should be a little longer and smoother rolloff. The ending is too long of a drop out, maybe a shorter duration would replace some of the distance I felt at the end.
Voyager - Great track. The "quiver" in the background was just enough to give life to the beats.
Transerving Infinity - I could not get a feel from this track. I can not place the moments, but it may just be my emotions.
Rythm of the ocean - great track. My body sank into the flow of the rythm.
Enigma - no particular part, the whole track was great.
Khaos - very emotional track, I felt as if you were speaking directly at me.
Tachyou - What can I say about this track, except THAT IS THE MOST FLUENT I HAVE FELT IN AWHILE. Good Job.
I would not hessitate to sinc into your tunes. You have a great talent. Now, where do I get a CD?
These opinions are of my own taste, but I wanted to give you an honest review. You Rock.

Sid, you are too kind!!! Man, you are the first person outside of my family and friends to give me feedback on this. It is much appreciated. As for the CD, I am brushing up all of the music, and will be posting a couple more songs before the weekend is done, probably by tomorrow night. I am then going to make sure that all tracks are good and ready to go for a CD. My CD's will be available for purchase right from that site on MP3.com. It will be $5.99, and should have all of the tracks so far released.
As for "Jupiter Rising", I am thinking that I will split that song in two, and use it as an into and exit track to my CD. Thanks for your input, and I will take your tips into how I work it out!

Gratz!!
It is techno/electronic/BASS music! Right now, my currently goal is to make a kick a$$ bass song that was kick a$$ enough that Wayne would put on the DbDrag CD. THAT WOULD ROCK!!!

I think the added track are great...a little change of pace with EVENT HORIZON and HELIUM. The A WINTER'S SOLTICE is very "smooth". As with the first..you did a good job.

Sid,
Thanks again for the kind words. It will be few days yet before the CD is done. I need to make the cover and innerbook for it yet. I will let you know when it is up. I am not sure if all the songs will be on it, but most of them will be!

Well, I just got a chance to peruse your music, and I must say that I thoroughly enjoyed it. I would also be interested in purchasing your CD, honestly.
I think my two favorites were Khaos and Enigma. They just seemed to "hit me". I also liked Rhythm of the Ocean.
You're doing a great job, Daniel! Please keep us updated.

I defintely will keep you all updated about my stuff. I am hoping to get a chance to get the CD done by this coming weekend. I want to do it right, and if I delay a little, it is better than rushing it!

Bassin- Thanks for checking out my stuff. I duely note that you too are interested, and when it is available, I will let you know. Thanks much!
As for the post in general, I thought about that, but I think that too many people might think that I was trying to "advertise" at the forum's expense! I figured that at least here, I am "announcing" that I have become an artist on MP3.com.
If you guys think that it would be proper to post this in General, let me know. I don't want to make anyone upset.

Lenz good stuff man, what are you using to compose this? I use Acid By Sonic Foundry for my music. Here is a link to my songs that I have uploaded so far. http://www.acidplanet.com/Lounge/ArtistDetail.asp?ArtistName=DJ+X%2ET%2ER%2E I'm curious to get another composers opinion on some of them. So far, Dream Velocity is my favorite.
Let me know what you think, and keep up the good work.
