soz man, i gotta be honest here but it needs work - the design looks like something straight out of the 90's.
and i'm looking at your code and instantly i see "yahoo site builder" and that is pretty much the prob.
I could critique that site in numerous ways (started writing but thought it would take too long) and basically if you want a good looking website, you'll move away from the automated website builders.
You'll ideally want to move to a decent content management system (CMS) and a template system to ensure ease of design and development of the site without having it look like a preschooler made it.

Joomla + design + extensions = good formula
Dag flex, I used yahoo site builder too. I wanted to try dreamweaver 8 but it was difficult! can you suggest an easier program?

Gavin - i'm a designer/programmer/IT busy body.. so its hard for me to give you an 'easy to use' program that you can chuck a website together with.
Dreamweaver actually isn't that intuitive or easy to make websites out of. It requires learning the programme, the code and how to manipulate websites.
As a simple WYSIWYG (what you see is what you get) editor, i would have to suggest Microsoft Frontpage 2003. "Acquire" a copy and give it a go Scott Buwalda did his Hybrid Audio Technologies website with it and it turned out alright (yes, i did look at the code as it wasn't working in Firefox at one point and was only working in Explorer..)
