Wayne could we setup a for sale and wanted to buy section back up here on the forum again? Also a buyer and seller feedback section. I would be willing to be a mod in the section, and also I would be willing to act as a go between, between a buyer and seller, or trading. We have a lot of db drag racing members that have used the classified section with great success. I think maybe we could make it where it was db drag racing members only, where you had to enter your db drag name and valid membership number in order to use the section. Maybe have a panel of longtime, trusted competitors to act as a panel incase of any disputes, if someone is found negligible, and there membership is revoked and/or banned from competing. I’m just trying to find a way for our members to have a place to buy/sell/trade there equipment. It helps new competitors buy equipment at a good price on equipment sometimes they couldn’t afford to buy new, and helps others sell equipment that they no longer have a use for. Let me know if you think we can work something out.

Could always do it like the Rockford forum where the admin or in this case a mod will ok the post before it is posted in a thread.

yea, if we could get the big guys here to post on caraudio.com not only would they have a large market to sell to, they could probably charge more too

thats a real good idea shawn im will to help also i have sold over $20,000 in the forum this past year and all good feedbacks for me lets get this going wayne we need this back to sell and rebuild for next year lets have it like ca.com and post forsale trends with mods to delete and police and use are real names on this forum the classifieds didnt have the same names we post with on here lets try it no emails like before but post what we want to sell if it dont sound right mod deletes it and have a section for buyer/seller feedback

I vote for Shawn to be moderator of the FS/WTB section, if Wayne will consider it.
PS. Shawn, if this come to be, you owe me a beer (or 12).
PPS. Wayne, while the previous FS/WTB section may have created some headaches in the past, please at least consider a trial for the new FS/WTB section. If Shawn is unable to keep things in control (which I doubt he would fail), you could simply remove it once again. But I plea with you, please give the members of this site a second chance, by returning the FS/WTB section to the forum. Thanks.

I have been in this industry some time now, the audio business is in a bad decline, I know my name is new on this forum but I agree, anything anyone can do (legaly) to help sell equip and make points on the sale is good for everyone. From seller to buyer. Just one question? Warranty, who decides what and how long?Otherwise, great idea!

Hey guys, just got back from vacation. Do we know if Wayne has even seen this? Thanks for the compliment Sid, been a long time, haven't talked to you buddy, how is everything? Phatsounds, I appreciate the request, but I really don't know anyone on your board. The only reason I subjected myself to this offer was b/c I have been on this board since 2000 and have been competing since 2000, and I know the majority of ppl on this forum, if not personally, then by seeing and reading about them on here, so in a sense, I feel I know them, even if just a little.
