Nice job nis, I'd like to shave the handles on my S10, but seeing as how the door panels STILL flex, I know they'd crack after a month or so...

how did you do the Cowl vents? I was thinking about it, but wasn't sure how to go about it?

Tons of bondo and a power sander?

I used fiberglass to cover up the vents and used bondo to smooth it out.

First I put tape on the front (to keep the fiberglass on one side) and applied one medium coat of resin over a layer of mat.

Then after it dried I grinded a bit off the top to make the bondo stick better.
