The 4th Annual Glowoff at Spring Break Nationals finds a new home.

“The World’s Most Famous Car Audio Party” March 23-25, 2001 in Daytona Beach will host the 4Th annual GlowOff competition on Saturday March 24, at 7:30 pm. With judging coordination performed by SoundOff Technologies of Fortson, GA, the GlowOff will take place directly in front of the Ocean Center on the newly remodeled East Plaza. Directly in view of thousands of cars cruising the “Strip”, some 70 vehicles with extreme auxiliary lighting systems will compete and win trophies for Best Interior Lighting, Best Exterior Lighting and Best Cruise Performance; Lights Flashing, Stereo Wailing, Hydraulics Pumping, anything goes at 5 mph. Registration to enter is on site at the competitor registration booth in the West Plaza or just visit the Street Glow Neon booth #7000 inside the convention center. There is no fee to compete.

The sponsor, Street Glow Neon, will provide for the trophies and neon giveaway prizes and also pays all competitor registration fees. SBN Emcee “Lars of Mars” will entertain the masses, dole out prizes and commentate the Glowoff. “The East Plaza has been remodeled almost as if was tailor made for the Glowoff”, SBN President Paul Papadeas cites. “The mall they created with wide driveway directly in front of the Ocean Center will work out famously bringing the Glowoff out from behind the center into the plain view of the Spring Breakers on the Strip”.
