Not quite sure on how IASCA rules are enforced, but would it be possible to cheat by hiding (or modifying) amplifiers? You could enter as a low power class but have more watts hidden inside your subwoofer enclosure, lets say.

I'm not sure if you are refering to the SQ or the IdBL portion of an IASCA event. If you are talking about IdBL, what's the use? They do not go by power at all in IdBL. As for SQ, I'm sure there are some competitors who do this, but I'm sure there are more who don't.
Personally, why cheat?

Thats the same question I had, I was just bringing up a theoretical situation, though. Some people probably are obsessed with winning trophies, etc. I don't know.

That would be pathetic. Why would you want a trophy that you had to cheat to win? I guess some people are just like that.

If you modify an amp you compete 601&up (Iasca) and Expert (Usac).

If you hide an amp and get caught you are banned from competing.

And WHY do it when you can always buy a cheater amp. PG 18 watts doing 35 or 50 watts, Sound Stream 25 does 1000, MTX 25 does 500, etc.

To cheat on amp power is just stupid.
