Mike at Extreme Audio set a new Ultimate 3 record at finals with a 173.3 db - I believe that's the same as Extreme 3-4 in Drags. (well sort of)
It's so strange when you take a second place but walk away with the Finals record. I don't think this happens often, but it happened to us a few years ago and unless someone points it out - the first place winner often gets all the attention and people assume they have the world record for the simple reason they won the event.
So, Mike, congratulations on your new IASCA
record!

Actually Scott Van Riper took the Championship in the Ultimate 3 class, Chris was by himself in the Ult. 4 class.
Did I mention my record is 1 tenth higher than Chris's?

Congrats Mike! It was a very fun and stressful weekend, but I couldnt ask for a better competitor to compete against. Once again congrats!
