For IASCA questions you might want to post it on the Carsound forum. I think that is the only place I ever see people from the IASCA office post on.

Point blank call the IASCA office or you will NOT get any info. IASCA members don't control the shows. If you have the balls to do it, call then show up to the show.

because he's pre-emptively making his excuse for being a pansy and not showing up to an event.
He's done one in two years, and is all talk. Based on his mis-classing at that one event, went on his "well I'd have won finals therefore the person who did doesn't deserve the title of champion" rant.
