I plan on competing next year, most of my system is being redone so I will have opportunity to take pictures, my question is what do they want pictures of?? Every speaker termination, the whole car sound deadened, wiring photo's/diagrams???? I've not competed before and don't want to have to do this install over or take it apart for more pics....

Every termination (at least one of each "type" of driver), wiring path, anything a judge can't see that will be on the score sheet. Arrange them in the order of the score sheet, and it gives you natural cue cards for your own presentation, so you don't forget anything.
