Ok I hit 149.1 with one GZ Nuke in my 1990 Eclipse and I am now looking for more. A few friends of mine and I are going to buy either a Yugo or a Justy and put a wall in it. Will putting a wall in it be worth while or would the box using corner loading be louder? It will be powered by a Punch 1100a2. Would we need to tune the wall to a really high note like 70hz to hit higher?

If the distance from your corner loaded sub in the rear to the dash makes for a vehicle resonance that is close to the box/sub resonant frequency, you could have some 'magic' going on that might be hard (but not impossible) to duplicate in a walled system. I think Toaster (an old forum member) had some similar magic going on in his escort with 2 ported tens in the hatch!

I know Toaster did have the magic in outlaw, anyway, as I witnessed his Escort do 151 in Lewisberg TN about 2 years ago....Not sure about his legal though...
