I have a 79 toyota standard cab pickup. I do not use the bed of my truck for spl. I have tried porting my box toward the windshield and got horrible results. I gained 10 db by slot porting the top of the box and firing toward the roof. With two 15"s sharing 2.3' I did a 146.4. I'm using two crossfire dbs...dual 4 ohm coils. One crossfire 30hc per sub. My new box will not allow porting on top. What kind of response can I expect from porting it on the bottom facing the floor? The box is about 4" off the floor. More specifically, I would use a port facing the floor on the left corner and the right corner. Anybody ever try this???
