I just wondering how much of a gain everyone is seeing from resining the inside of their box

it seems to change from box to box? I have seen poeple gain nothing then I have seen people gain up to 1db it is just one of those things you will just have to test! but every extreme vehicle is smothed out so there must be something to it?

In my ex vehicle smoothing everything out always gains. Anywhere from .3 to .5.

gained around .1 to .2 in my last box - but have seen some boxes lose a few tenths as well...
