I still need help I have a pioneer spl 15 the big one. I have a 3.5 cu ft box after sub with 3 6'external aero ports help please

Try a single 8" flared port. I have a single 15 in 3 cubes with a single 8" flared port off of right around 5K watts and it does a 152.6 on the dash sealed.

Try shrinking the box a little. if the score goes up shrink it again. shrink until you loose and then try a design like mentioned before with a single 8 flare.

is this for daily or spl? what vehicle is it in? what is box tuned at?how much power you using?

this is for spl. It is in an ext cab silverado with 3300 watts true power. and the 3 cu ft is that before or after the sub displacement? Thanks to everyone for responding. It is sometimes hard to get a reply on here. everyone is being really helpful

are u referring to the Premier Ts-8102SPL?

The 100 lb sub?

My best score with that sub to date is 151.5Db.

I used 3.0 cubic after displacement, with 3 4" Aeroports tuned to res freq of my vehicle.

You shud try cutting down the size of your box, from my experience, that sub does better in smaller enclosures

thats the one how much power were u using. what amps ect. what was the vehicle and what was the resonant. You would be a life saver. thanks man.

Thats ok, what amp do u have?

After box rise, and voltage drops, i was probably only seeing about 4000 rms or so...

2 INTERFIRE D3000.1'S. THEY ARE RATED AT 2200 RMS. AFTER RISE IM AT 3 OHM FOR THE PAIR STRAPPED. (THER ARE 2 OHM STABLE STRAPPED) i CLAMPPED IT AND IM GETTIN 3300 WATTS.
