What do you think is louder, rounding corners or putting 45's on the corners? Its on the loading wall of a 4th order.

No meter to test... But I put a small round on it last night, see what that does

put 45's in the corners then apply some bondo to it to smooth it out even more

Rounds in my bandpass seem to work well.The bigger I made my rounds and the better it was blended into the box the more it gained. Over 4db from no rounds to fully rounded and bondo'd up.....now where can I find pvc bigger then 15 inch's ?

If I remember right the laterals were like 300 each and the lengths were like 30 a foot. I would have to check that though its been a long time since I did that job. Call EPP and see what they say. Thats where I got them at. Also you can weld them together with a Leister gun.
