what is the best hatchback box i have subs up port back now and can do a 150.7db with plp on the windshild and hatch but what can i do to get louder i have 2 18" treo ssx's and 1 rd audio d9 amp around 4k rms to the subs would i be better off just doing away with the 18's and go with 3 15's my 150.7 was playing jucie box by gorilla goe but my box is built to treo's specs should i just do a bigger box or add more power please help i need to do atleast a 153.xx to do good at finals and the guy doing a 153.xx+ has 12 12's

it is 9.99 gross with a 4x25x21.5deep 100sqin of port tuned to 32 or 33 hz after port and sub dissplacments it is 7.68 cubes inside messuarments are 14.5H x 34.5W x 34.5D i wont the new box to be bigger but staying close to treo's specs but be able to put up better then a 150.7

that box is too small. 3.8cf NET is WAY too small for an 18" sub. I'd say at least 5.5-7cf for those, each, NET. especially when tuned that low.

Did you ever think to try 1 18" I know someone that pulls a 155+ with a single 18"... If the box has the internal volume and the port area you will get the numbers on the Mic.

probably wouldn't do as well for driveby with only one 18
