Have you tried using "polycrete?" It's a combination of fiberglass resin and concrete. It's extremely dense and strong.

Excuse my camera.. i think its getting worse in terms of quality. =[ Thursday I gotta make the front sealed from the backside and get my battery charger repaired.. The damn thing quit on me right when I need it most.

So box is in officially, baffle is on officially, and when plugged into the wall it burrpppsss... I got alot of work to do still but just messing around a bit. Theres some 2x4's for a dash in there at the moment. Its pretty nasty looking in a bad way but things are coming along. The port is not tuned at all.. just there..

Thanks for looking.

having both sides of the port not straight vertical may be hurting your score

So you think I should turn it into a rectangle slot port? The car turns inwards and we figured make the bottom look like the top so it'll be uniform at least.

I havent tuned it at all yet so whatever the direction the gains are if it means making that port into a rectangle it'll happen like that. appriciate your comments =]

I kinda figured the same thing but its all experimental at this point. I did notice when someone was infront of the port it got so much louder so that tells me the port needs to be smaller. Still in the works.. got about 1000 more hours of tuning before it'll do anything worth mentioning on a forum like this where people are hitting 179 and stuff.. lol

God damn the more i look at those pics the more i wanna throw my camera away. http://www.mobilewhack.com/images/Samsung_SCX210L.jpg
im using that but you can see how good it works for still pics lol.. terrible.

Poor honda =[ More weight..
I built a dash too following termpro instructions. I remember it going something like "make it strong enough to hurt your hand when you hit it." i'll post pics later today or something.. I'll try and borrow someone else cam too.

I see, I was hoping you weren't trying to build stuff out of it. Looking good, have a '97 hatch in the driveway looks just like this one(outside)

Everything will be covered in resin and a smooth thin piece of wood ontop of those 2x4's with a bunch of matting and resin in a poison sandwich. The bolts through the steel are gonna be covered as well.. and the spray foam blobs.

fyi the dash can be 16 inches max depth at the center of the windshield and cannot be taller than the bottom of the windshield and you need 13 inches of space for the passenger side between the console and the door

Yes. You just have to have a minimum of 6" at the center of the windshield before you start the roundover.
