ok guys, the testing of my vehicle will begin next week saturday once the store is open so i can purchase the glass and make the framing to be welded but before all this i have to get word from Stany. keep u guys posted on progress

Just got some grade 8, 1/2" nuts to weld to keep doors close, just have to get the welder to come over this weekend also i am trying to get the 2" angled steel or the windshield framing.

just a hint, you'll probably want to lubricate the bolts so they don't strip. motor oil will work

thanks much for the tip, also does anyone know the name of the thing that is used to allow the meter cord inside the 1" hole for testing?

We don´t use those plugs....we use some sort of plasticine or loot. I hope this is the right word for it!

updates, the guy still have not made my frame for the glass so i have finished drilling holes so the passenger door can be bolted. 2morrow i will fill the gaps in the cabn using bodyfiller and then gelcoat the dash and sand smooth for better airflow.

Stany, can i ask what kind of nuts u used to bolt your door cuz i bought 1/2" grade 8 steel nuts to weld inside to bolt doors.
