Mainly because stany gave me the design like that with the sub on driver side and i also ask Team SGK that same question and was told because the left side is much louder so i also i tested 2 mtx 9500 series sub in a rav 4 jeep with the subs behind driver seat and it was WAY LOUDER, EAR HURTING LOUD on the left passenger side of the jeep.

it'll let you know what conditions you are doing your testing in, so you can control the temp, humidity to some degree...since frequency and scores will vary based on these
