Hey soundcheck, late happy birthday man. Mines is on the 30th. and I hope for the same thing you did, 160 or better, It seems like we're in the same boat. as for your box, when you shrank the insides, did you use angles or just moved the back wall up? I had the same problem at 30 cubes. freq went up but score dropped. So now, I'm trying the angle method. If I don't make the 160 this year, Their's always next season!

We are playing 46hz right now with about 40cube and 480sq port. we are trying to get the tuning up today. we got the window pulled out and resealed and on the second burp broke it loose at the tope again...

any updates bro? I'm glad you had a happy b-day. I'm at 57.4 @56Hz. gonna come down to your level and see if I can get that lucky before finals! my port is about 900sq.in now.
I still would like to know, how do all the big boys get their vans to do 60's but with higher freqs?

Man, I was down to 30 cubes@ 60Hz and all I could get was a 53! this is with 4 subs and 8 amps on 18 fully charged 16v bats! The smaller I made the box, the higher the freq went but the score dropped each time.
