Thinking about bandpass but dont know yet. Basicly built the box as big as possible and will shrink as needed... the way we figure is any shrinking we do by adding MDF walls with just make the enclosure that much thicker and stronger.

the quad 1 ohms with 8 mojo 2000d's modded for 1 ohm and 16 volts i got a 158.8 at 59hz in my caravan .
28.6 cube wall and unsure of port size measured 14 wide x 41 high .depth was 17 close to drivers side and 22 inches from pvc to back wall.

Looking better as the days go on. I wish i could fine a van like that for 600. I think you should try a bandpass

we are starting with a normal wall for now... we will play with that a little and then maybe go bandpass. We got more done on the front wall... i should have the pictures up today

the bad thing about a bandpass there is a lot of work in less you know how they work.

Steel battery rack will be the best .. But yet i have seen guys build them out of wood to hold battery's to it .
It is what you want to use really .
