our progress has slowed a little. We are seeing how fun it isn't to screw MDF to Concret. We are trying to get the inside panels sumed up and move on to the loading wall this week. Trying to get everything ready to start testing and tuning when the equipment gets here however dont want to do too much where it mights hurts us in the long run. --------------------www.BangInPink.com (New Website for Sound Check's 159.9 bass race van) 2004 Chevy Avalanche 2 15 Memphis Mojo's 2 Memphis 4kw Amps Behind Back Seats 152.2db Daily @ 38hz Sealed on the Dashwww.soundcheckcustoms.com/audioforum

Yes you can get a solid 3/4 ton axel and some firestone ride right 5000lb airbag kits. I would recomend you get 2 kits and custom build a bracket to hold the two bags per side. You will see how it needs to be built when you see the bracket that comes with the kit for a single bag. Use thick steel and you should be able to daily drive it sorta. As always you must replace the rest of the suspension to heavy duty parts so it keeps ride control. If you have under 5klb in weight added then you can probably get away with one kit. For the front you can probably get something pretty easy from most shops, again heavy duty. I would never recommend long trips with that much weight because your transmission will fry if the van does not have the towing package transmission. -------------------- -Donald Hebig -All Out S.P.L. My first thought was air bags one set in the front and 2 in the rear but we can get the coil springs pretty cheap so we will try that first --------------------www.BangInPink.com (New Website for Sound Check's 159.9 bass race van) 2004 Chevy Avalanche 2 15 Memphis Mojo's 2 Memphis 4kw Amps Behind Back Seats 152.2db Daily @ 38hz Sealed on the Dashwww.soundcheckcustoms.com/audioforum

We have the frame welded to the axel right now we are doing away with that and going to try to give it a little bit of movement. We are putting in coil springs from 1ton trucks today. 1 pair or 2 pairs in the rear dont know yet and a pair in the front will post pictures when we get it done today... we used a tow truck to lift the rear end to get stands under it, we lifted it by the trailer hitch and it bent. Lot more weight then i figured just in concrete --------------------www.BangInPink.com (New Website for Sound Check's 159.9 bass race van) 2004 Chevy Avalanche 2 15 Memphis Mojo's 2 Memphis 4kw Amps Behind Back Seats 152.2db Daily @ 38hz Sealed on the Dashwww.soundcheckcustoms.com/audioforum
