Ok guys here is yet another build.....1986 GMC Safari Hi-top...wanting it to be a groundpounder...but always open to sugestions.....really would love to build a bandpass wall.....so any tips or designs would be great.

A huge ported box would do just fine, and from what I've heard, they are much easier to tune!

The easiest woud be a drivers side ported box like gavin said with 4 15's and 2 or 4 amps

30-40 cube. I had 4 mojo 15s in about 33 cubic foot box with 2000 watts each. it was doing in the 155db range. tuned at 46hz

Build as big of a box as you can fit. Most astros will like a box 20-40 cubes depending on port dimensions.
We did a Astro with 60 cubes, 1200 sq/in of port tuned to 39 hz with little power about 10k did just under a 161

I was think 30-40 cubes tuned around 35Hz. just want one hell of a ground pounder. Thought about a bandpass design but no insight as of yet.
