Yes, I use it I did some testing with it. With a peak meter is .8 db higher than a Termlab. With a RMS meter it's .7-.8 db lower than a Termlab. Do not get the software unless you have a soundblaster sound card or it will not work.

I use it as well, as stated above it reads higher than Term Lab, the higher the DB the more it is off, never seen more than 1.5db higher than Term Lab though and have tested up to 150db (on TL) with mine

On my volt meter Vs termlab it was only like .4 off(belive it was higher). Test at a 153.00 a couple of time's. They claim the newer version is closer and more stable than before.

or you could just buy a termlab and you get the software and a meter that people know is reliable and isn't that much more money

It cost no were near a Termlab You can get the whole setup for under $190 on ebay and the sensor for under $90

Pete, That's were I got mine from $169 + shipping
Which soundblaster cards? For example, the old termlab system HAD to run on the Soundblaster-16 IDE card, luckily i had one. But it would not run on my Soundblaster PCI128.
