I would like to know if anyone has experience with Cadence car audio or knowledge of their products, specifically their new Daytona series spl subs. Aswell as their TX class d amplifiers.

the daytona subs are nice and they sound good. Do the best numbers in the low to mid 50 hz range. the tx amps are entry line and not the strongest. The zrs and daytona series amps are both very nice and do over rated power.

Cadence has been around a long time and seems to be True to the game we sold it back in the day and it was great product. my only beef with any mfg is if they don't support the sport i don't support them.

IMO, the best Cadence sub they ever had was the Beast series. Myself personally am not a fan of their amplifiers for the simple and true fact they don't do the power that's claimed. The only amp they had that was near or exceeded the numbers was the A7 (why in the hell did they stop making that?)As far as them not supporting the sport, I have to disagree. Back in 05, when I was building my van, I could have gotten the hookup on some amps but I chose to go another direction. They support USACI (nothing wrong with that).
Just my 2 cents on the matter. On a final note, their amps are awesome for some serious street beating. Had 2 of the z7000hc's and never had a problem out of them. In fact, they never once got warm.

unless they've done some serious improving on the work of their amps, I've never had one of their amps do the rated power (except the A7). Who knows, maybe they've been working hard to improve product. If so, hell yeah, because the Cadence amps are awesome for some daily listening. As far as competiting with their amps, I would in certain organizations. DB Drag definitely not, unless the amps are producing some serious numbers because we all know that in the jungle that is Db Drag, power is important. In that case, any playing field, power is important. i could go on but I think it would cause an uproar and I'm not the type to start wars.

Cadence is making improvements on their amps. they just released a 6000 watter and have a 10k to be released soon. Also the Daytona line is very strong too.

I don't know, as far as the new 6k and soon to be released 10k, I'm not convinced they do the power. I might be wrong but because of previous experiences, it leaves me to be a non-believer. I would have to see some real-world test results and if poossible, try some out myself. On the upside though, the 6k did look a little mean.
