so i remmeberr seeing this goofy lookin car on a show before, so it just poped in my head today, so ive spent some time looking into it, and ive found out wat they are.

there called a BMW Isetta, from about 1956, anyways, ill let the pic do the explaining, just thought it could be an absolutly rediculously loud vehicle cuz it kinda has a loop hole to the B-Pillar rule...here it is

I am sure that car would be outlawed from anything but the extreme classes.

theyd probably make the b-pillar to the back of the seat.

would be interesting for street classes. 2-3 foot runs of wire.

would probably resonate over 80 hz though

Yup Urkel's car.
Also, I think it was Pioneer that use to have one of these as a Demo car in the late 90s.
Its kind of a BMW collector car now. They also have a van with a door like this.

even if the front pillar was the b pillar it would interfere with the 12'' rule

But the front door is the A pillar, the B pillar is the rear where in most cars its the C pillar.

So you would have very little room at all.
