Dont need a jack, just lie underneath, pick a likely place, dot punch from the bottom and drill from top, or drill from bottom if the drill fits.
We also welded angle at the base of the back of the box, to both stop it sliding backwards and the use as another fixing point.

I wish I could slide under but the van is a low rider, almost 4" off the deck. and me being in the "big boyz" range, I'd be lucky 1 arm under it if lucky!

I got a finally found someone near me with a astro jack.(strong enough to lift both tires off the ground) My regular jack is a 2t and the van is 2t plus so to make a long story short. I finally got under her and made a few marks where I can drill. Now, I'm working on moving the gas line. I hope I don't have to drop the whole tank, but it looks that way so far.. but what do I know? maybe there's a work around. like shallow screws and more L brackets.

Not much to show now buddy, I'm trying to figure out the best way to fill in the void behind the box wall. as you can see, the floor is lined up with the b-pillar and gas line. I have to fill in the space from the van wall to the to the box wall. trying to deside either concrete or some 2x4 pieces and foam. The goal is to make the box strong as possible, fill all voids if possible.

If the box is strong enough and the front face is well sealed, the gaps around the box wont matter for toffee.
