Oh I know, I ran CS 18s when I did the 58 in bass race [Smile]

But still an astro shouldn't be that loud outside the vehicle at 150ish level right?

I don't know. I can hit a 50hz tone in mine, with windows up and doors closed, and shake the hell out of things inside the house. Mine only gets to 146 on music, so not sure what it does with a burp.

Of course that is IF I can keep power on the remote turn on lead.

And yea, Gavin, it does suck having to find a place to test. I have to go across town to a friends house to do it cause I have to many old folks around here.

Anyways, we need more pics. hehehe. You knew I was gonna say that, didn't ya?

Quad: right now my peak note is 50Hz, as for the reading. I'll get back to ya on that.

^ that was with 3 woofers, the spider spacer we built for one woofer broke so it was just chilling out in there

heres a pic of the baffle

 -

that was the same sub the spider spacer broke on, i finally just pulled the cone off.

Honestly though, they were the loudest woofers that ever went in the truck, over a db louder

i contacted you about recones for them a year or two ago and never got a reply though

Well today, GOD was with me and my teammate. We found a spot in the country side where we can test as much as we need to until 6pm! I felt kind of bad when they asked me what kind of testing will I be doing!! with an evil grin, I replied sound testing! I also asked if there were any old people with heart problems living near us, I don't want to scare them to death. The owners face just went blank! he asked about how loud will I be.. I said hmmmm not too loud! lol

Do ya think I was nice and honest?? lol
