I can tell you no woofer will get close to DD. I just recorded a 159.8 with 8 15's at 40 hz. It was in an astrovan witn no reinforcements, in awall that had 31 inches tall with no box in the back of the front. we also recorded 162.2 with 9 10's.

Sorry to be playing mom, but
Each person is entitled to his own opinion, but you did ask the question. If you plan to criticize the answers given to your posts maybe you shouldn't post anymore questions. Just a thought! Something that needs to be known about these forums is that not everyone will agree with you. Just as you have your reasons for your opinion, others have reasons for their opinions.

Since DD made the Jugg I find it very curious that DD isn't *****compared to them. I would also like to see two Strokers do 160+ as well.

Bassboy asked a question...if he didn't want a response to it he shouldn't have asked. He has his reasons for believing what he does, but I'm sure Carlos does, too.

Well well the question with no answer has been asked, but since you asked here it goes. It all depends on the POWER and the sub (not just the sub) and the box (big time)...... SO there you go..... the answer to all your needs from your Pal usacpro.

You should call DD and ask them if they make the MMatts Jugernautt. I hate to break this to you, but DD makes it. Just thought I would clear that up.

Personaly I think the loudest three subwoofers to date would be-
1) Cerwin-Vega Stroker
2) Earthquake Magma
3) Digital Design`s

Thats my opinion anyways.

DQ is after my job :~).....hehe
mmats is the brand name the juggs are
under, but I also believe that DD is
involved with them as far as construction
is concerned.
Eclipse get somewhat loud but don't seem
to have what it takes to get to the
extreme.

I'm not sure who makes the Juggs, but I do know that MMATS does not. They may market them under there name, but all of MMATS speakers are made by an outside compnay. Hell you'd be surprised who makes alot of the speakers people use today.

The only numbers I have seen put up with a the eclipse subs are.....

144 from 2 15s in the trunk of a cavailer off of a 1100a2.

144 from 2 15s in a beretta, not sure of power.

153 from 6 12s in a camaro, again not sure of power.

Those numbers aren't bad but not record breakers... JMO. Nice sub though.

I look at eclipse like a sound quality sub. They sound really nice but aren't to loud though. They do look impressive though..

After Shock? Who makes them? I know of two 15's that was doing a 155 at times, another 2 probably would have broken a 160.
