The Shocker Audio X-treme II is a great sub, also check into a few others, dd9917, and some more.

no doubt some of the loudest, but the 9515 and shocker sig where so damn close none really won( thought the DD did slightly better)but the conditions where different. the new shocker II and dd 9515 and 9915 wil all kick major ass.

Don't want to start a flame war here but where did you get this info from?? If conditions were different how could you compare!??! My opinion the extreme II (sig) is on another level [Eek!]

I believe the 9515 was compared to the X-treme seris, and the super x-treme, shocker III's and the X-treme II's are better than the reg. x-treme's. and look at the price for the shocker III's [Eek!]

wow...old thread...lol

actually guys that was the xtreme first and the second comparison was the super...I think the reason the cone was breaking is cause I built the sub 5 minutes b4 it ran through the lanes...

To the best of my knowledge, he never got to drop a sig in that car!

Think about this for 1 minute...a couple years ago, one xtreme was doing 170...last year, 1 sig was doing 174...I wonder what the future holds???

At NSPL Finals in '02 I was using two IDQ 12's in my CRX. Scoupen brought me over two Shocker III's to use for the run. My car went up 3.4 dB with a simple sub swap. [Wink]
Shock, four in my current car would be brutal [Eek!]
