Don't want to start a flame war here but where did you get this info from?? If conditions were different how could you compare!??! My opinion the extreme II (sig) is on another level Posts: 173 | Registered: Jul 2000

I believe the 9515 was compared to the X-treme seris, and the super x-treme, shocker III's and the X-treme II's are better than the reg. x-treme's. and look at the price for the shocker III's

He did have a 1st gen sig in there , it was about 1db louder than the Shocker and the DD but the sig's cone kept ripping

actually guys that was the xtreme first and the second comparison was the super...I think the reason the cone was breaking is cause I built the sub 5 minutes b4 it ran through the lanes...
To the best of my knowledge, he never got to drop a sig in that car!
Think about this for 1 minute...a couple years ago, one xtreme was doing 170...last year, 1 sig was doing 174...I wonder what the future holds???

At NSPL Finals in '02 I was using two IDQ 12's in my CRX. Scoupen brought me over two Shocker III's to use for the run. My car went up 3.4 dB with a simple sub swap. Shock, four in my current car would be brutal
