3M #90 spray glue on both panels then screwed together. 3" back wall and 18 cubes net, for now. --------------------

humm... sides 2 layers + 2x4 framing top and bottom 3 layers face plate 3 layers back 10 layers (didnt need to be that thick just the way it ended up) as far as holding layers togethor,screws and many many tubes of liquid nail and resin [ 10-07-2002, 09:00 AM: Message edited by: AutoAudio ] --------------------

All sides and port 2 layres of 3/4 MDF. Braced with lots of 2x2's, 8 pounds of screws and a gallon of fiberglass resin. I get little to no viberation on the outside of the box depending on FQ. -------------------- Team Sounds & Motion "Jamie" aka: "Mr. Pender" 1990 Toyota 4Runner Eclipse 8443 Crossfire amps USamps DD6.5 LT's- .5ft. ported @ 40hz 128.8db "On the dash"! anthony im actually using subfloor adheasive liquid nails brand, it does dry trust me i have had to tear it apart befor! --------------------

I use 2 layers on everything. And I only have a little over 4^3ft lol. I predrill the holes so the boards are alligned then I dump the wood glue on and screw it down. It took 47 screws to double up a 46" by 13" board...
