very hard call... tho i'd prolly say w7 since it can take more power and displaces more air... i think

Hard to tell, it all depends,on what amps, impedance configuration and what class you intend to compete in. After all you are comparing two different size and shape woofers.

Although if all that does not matter, then under 500 watts the W3 will win, over 1000 watts the W7 will win easy.
