Is there any S-10 extended cab owners who know the most cubic feet of a wall you can get in there,Take in mind I'm 6'5" and I need to drive this thing.Would 15-20cf be possible? How much port? What tune? I'm thinking of getting two ShockerIII 18". Would one D2 be enough or would two be optimal?
PLEASE HELP! [Big Grin]

What I would think for a wall, your box could be about 50wideX40tallX16deep and still be able to drive decently (my box is 16 inches and I'm 6'2" and I drive ok with it. That is around 15.5 cu ft before and sub and port displaceement. Make sure the box peaks at 64-67 Hz.

or you could cut through into the box and have the box in the bed and the subs stick into the cab through the cut-through...that way you would also be able to keep your back window and all you would need to get is a tonnau cover (sp?)

Well I had a box that was 14.25ft internally, but if you tried, you could probably get upto 16 cubes in there. I had 344in of port area too. Again, I could of had more, but I didn't. I also didn't take out the 3rd seat or anything, so again, you could have gotten more volume, but I had a pretty basic box.

Are they dual 2's? then 2 amps should be perfect. However, you would be running the amps at 2 ohms each, which would not get you the most power, but then with a single amp, your overhead will be quite small.

2 would be slightly better than 1 per sub. I'd get the 18 quads, hook up 4 D2s to each sub.

well, since you asked and i did see an extended cab s-10 this weekend with 22 cubes in it without a cut-thru and 2 shocker 18's, its doable! one of his wasnt hooked up tho, he was using it as a passive radiator, had 4 ample audio 1500 watt amps on it doing a steady 159.9. he's eric from wisconsin.
