There is going to be a big MECA show in Lake County this coming up Weekend Sept 7th and 8th. It is considered a IL State finals for MEca, and will turn out to be a big show. There is also an import show, with over 200 cars showing up for that. There will be a wet tshirt contest, and a Bikini contest on Sun, as well as a live broadcast from 95.1 on Saturday.

It is located at the Lake county Fairgrounds, and the entrance will be at the south East enterence. It would be well worth your time to try out the Linear X, and see how your system stacks up to Meca competitors.

For any info, or directions, email me at drosen145@yahoo.com, Entry fee's are 45 for the first choice (Like Flat out SPL), and 20-25 for each addition class you wish to enter, like Reality SPL, where the mic is located in the drivers seat in the approx location of the driver, Drive by SPL, where the mic is located 6 ft from the passenger side window, and all of the sound quality classes, from RTA shootout, and more. This is going to be a great show. It starts at 9-10am, and will be a great day, right around 85-90 degrees is what the news is saying. And if you have a canopy, bring it.

Your after my record! You can use the Juggs, but then are restricted to a 400 watt or less amplifier. The Zapco 9.0 is rated at 1000 or 1100, I think 1100 is the actual rating by the manufacurer. If you brought the Zapco, you would already be out of my class (my class is 0-350, with 2 12" subs (226) and a 400 watt amp (400)
