OK im going to compete in S 1-2 with my crx. just have a quick question. I have the box built. If i were to put a mdf platform in the back of the hatch and sink the box down into it. would that be against any rule. as long as it doesnt go past the door jams and is not in the passenger compartment. and can i put a board against the back wall of the hatch. I got this crx and its gutted in the back. thats why i am asking. thx for the help

if you make it look like the box, i would say it is legal. THe box can go from the hatach window all the way up to the doorjamb, cause there is no back seat.

You must have a FULL interior in a Street vehicle, this would put you in no wall most likely

If the stock interior is in tact and the mdf is simply placed down on the floor. I don't see a problem with this. As long as the sheet is the same size as the box, you should be fine. If it is bigger than the box, then I could see a problem with it.

Wayne has said that all Stock interior unless must stay intact in Street but building over it is acceptable, a few acceptions are made like consumer removable panels, not carpet or anything with screws in it, or side panels on car etc.
