does any one know if a H.O. alternator(pro power) on a small car can cause a smog pass failure. Im in california and its already difficult to pass smog.

never mind. I took it some where else and they got it to pass. I was scared id have to spend the weekend changeing alternators, but I dont and so I am happy.

p.s. If you have a lot of power 1000W or more an alternator makes a BIG differance.
