I was wondering what kind of SPL loss is experienced when the measurement is taken with the windows up compared to when they are down. I am asking because I have competed in two local USAC Outlaw SPL events here in Louisiana. I took second at the first one and first at the second one. I am hitting 145 db's and was wondering what this would translate to without venting. Also, I am getting a ported box for my subs built Thursday (3 12"s) and am going to fire them into the cabin from the backseat and port them throught the rear deck. They will be sealed off from the trunk. Any ideas what this could do for my SPL? Thanks.

Also remember that 3 dB on paper amount is not always what will happen in the real world. Might get more might get less then that 3dB. But it sould go up...assuming the subs can do that type box..
