Thanks for the help so far! Well I took that same 15' box and tuned it about 37 hertz. We put the box as far forward as is legal. We also removed the passenger seat. The loudest we got was 148.8 db at about 39 hz. That was with the three woofers all across the top of the front....and the port below in the middle. The port is 10.5" x 10.5" x 10" deep. The box is heavily braced but the three woofers still share the same 15'. Anybody have any suggestions? I am thinking that putting each woofer in its own ported chamber will cause more powerful standing waves inside the box....especially if i try to make them big squares. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

In a stock cab you need to tune to around 55HZ for max SPL.
At full volume the frequency will shift up to around 60 which is perfect.
I have built a bunch of those blazers with walls.
One in particular has 2 juggernaut 15's box tuned to 55HZ. It does 158-159db.
The reason for tuning hi is that the stock cab likes it, and there is less viration and panel movement. This means less loss of energy, and means higher SPL.
If you tune box up to 55-60, you will see 3-4db. more.
Just trying to help.

Anytime you tune your box closer to the resonate frequency of your vehicle you will always gain dB's
